Fluidics was founded by Mr. S Ramamurthy in 1989. S. Ramamurthy graduated with First class in B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore, Madras University in 1969. He has varied experience of 44 years. Fluidics provides Application engineering support, Customized design and manufacture of hydraulic power units, Design, manufacture, erection & commissioning of special purpose equipments involving hydraulic powering and Trouble-shooting hydraulic components of imported equipment.
We have the technical back up of Yuken India Ltd, Bangalore (manufacturing oil hydraulic systems in collaboration with M/s. Yuken Kogyo Co., Japan) for whose products. We are premier value added resellers of Yuken for more than three decades. Our exclusive partners include Kolben, Hydro Control (Walvoil), Orion Instruments, Olaer, Sai, Hawe, Bhagwati and UFI.
S. Ramamurthy, considered to be a pioneer in power pack design in the Coimbatore region, graduated with First class in B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore, Madras University in 1969. He had five decades of experience including prestigious assignments in ISRO. Keen on sharing his knowledge and expertise with academic institutions, he was a member of the Coimbatore Zonal Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He was Honorary Secretary of Coimbatore Productivity Council.
Mr. Ramamurthy successfully charted his journey from a technocrat (which he remained to the end) to an entrepreneur till his demise in September 2019.
Post his demise, Fluidics is successfully run by an experienced team of application engineers and professional managers under the stewardship of Mr. Ramamurthy’s family. Fluidics continues to be profitable and debt-free.
