Tank Top Return Line Filter

 

These tank top return line filters are used to improve the reliability of a lube or hydraulic system to eliminate failure due to contamination. This can be mounted directly on the tank top and they provide the optimum removal of contaminate from the system.

Pressure Line Filters

 

The Pressure Line Filters is an essential part in most hydraulic systems. When the hydraulic components are sophisticated, with close tolerances and a regulation function (not simply that of control) the use of filters in the pressure lines is a must.

Thanks to the advanced technological features of the filter materials and the controlled production system used to manifacture the filter elements, UFI pressure filters ensure the fluid cleanliness to be within the required values thus giving protection against faulty operation or machine downtime. OFF-LINE FILTERS

 

UFI Hydraulic Division OFF-LINE FILTERS take care of the efficiency and guarantee the long life of the system by keeping the oil at the desired cleanliness values.

Filtration Units are used to maintain “Roll-Off-Cleanliness” in the hydraulic- fluid circuit at the time a new vehicle leaves the manufacturing assembly-line or a vehicle undergoes repair or re-build.

The circuit can be cycled to flush out and remove harmful contamination to pre-condition the oil for longevity and improved service-life. Off-line filters maintain the desired cleanliness level.

TRANSMISSION FILTERS

 

In machines with a hydrostatic drive and combined working hydraulic system, return-suction filters replace the suction or pressure filters previously required for the feed pump of the closed-loop hydrostatic drive circuit as well as the return filter for the open-loop working hydraulic circuit. While each circuit operates independently with separate filters, the combination of the two circuits via the return-suction filter causes interaction between the circuits.

CLOGGING INDICATORS FOR PRESSURE FILTERS

 

 During the system operation, the pressure drop through the filter increases as the element clogs, due to the contaminant retained. The filter element must be replaced when clogged and anyway before the pressure drop reaches the bypass valve set value. For this reason it is recommended a clogging indicator on the filter. It gives a visual or electrical indication and must have a set value lower than the bypass valve set value, to get an exact indication of the right time for filter element replacement.
